Initially hired as Chief Operating Officer and later promoted to President and CEO. A 270 bed hospital with 12,000 annual admissions which was part of twelve hospital Catholic system. Developed cardiac surgery program and reduced operating expenses by 12% ($9 million) within two years. Led construction of major outpatient addition that included new operating rooms.
