For the last year I have been coordinating the program for Azure Operator Nexus supporting our bill of materials and lab environments. In this role I am responsible for creating process/procedure including the development of reporting and automation routines through Power Platform in support of our lab environments. This effort has resulted in improved efficiency in tracking and coordination of lab builds from inception through completion.Prior to that I spent 2 years in Deployment and Readiness of Supply Chain where I worked on deployment projects of the first clusters of servers in new Azure datacenters. I led a team of 4 to design and develop many of the Power Platform tools used in the automation of processes for the team. I spent significant time in re-imagining how our team operated from the ground up and implemented numerous process changes to enable the team to become more efficient and transition to a new model of team interaction. Led efforts in reducing cycle time of deployments by 28% and late reservation starts by 50%.From 2015-2020 I was personally responsible for migrating Microsoft’s largest customers off of the legacy Office 365 SharePoint offering onto the modern multi-tenant SharePoint service. The 48 Fortune 500 customers running on the legacy service represented the majority of SharePoint Online revenue but also presented the highest overhead for the business. In addition, customers on the legacy service were left behind when a new feature rolled out on the multi-tenant service. When the customer was ready to migrate, my team performed the migration. From a starting point of 453 SharePoint sites per hour, we improved migration performance by 64% to 703 SharePoint sites per hour. As the tools improved, we saw a 46% reduction in engineer effort to perform migrations due to automation of tasks. We were even able to build tools to track and manage distinct resources that had gone untended before and others to reduce on-call engineer ticket volume by 38%.
Listed skills include Sharepoint, Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server, Iis, Asp, and 17 others.
