As a Customer Operations Specialist, I am responsible for the following:-Maintaining existing accounts and supporting the day to day operations of a book of business- Building loads in our system while ensuring all details and scheduling of the pickup and deliveries are correct.-Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts through timely communication and issue management.- Facilitating Internal communication with our Carrier Sales team to track load progress.- Acting as the intermediary between our Accounts Receivable team and our customers.-Developing extensive knowledge of each customer’s TMS portal in order to maintain them properly.
