Elected to serve on the board of Project Wake Up, a federally recognized 501c3 non profit organization. Our goal is to encourage a change in the way mental illness is legislated, funded and perceived by the public. We hope to help combat the stigma surrounding mental illness and start a compassionate dialogue so that people can feel comfortable reaching out for help and will have access to care once they do.

Greater St. Louis Area

Manage 3 direct reports in a geographic territory spanning the greater St. Louis area. Responsible for maintaining and growing a large territory through establishing relationships not only with the surgeons themselves, but their clinic staff, hospital nursing and technician staffs, supply chain representatives, and chief decision makers. Regularly organize and led product in-services and workshop lunches to ensure our technology is constantly at the highest level and being used correctly. Help lead team to manage account inventories, coordinate surgical case coverage, further develop existing accounts and seek out new business opportunities.

Columbia, Missouri

Initially hired as a doorman/security, trusted to handle $10,000+ cash flow in a night, control entrance/exit of a busy nighttime bar.Elevated to barback, responsible for keeping supply and cleanliness of the bar on extremely busy nights.Bartended in a high stress, fast paced environment at night, handled a slower, more personable role as a happy hour bartender. Promoted to be shift manager, kept same responsibilities, plus entrusted with general function of a bar and its 10-15 employees per night. Learned firsthand about conflict management from a new perspective, often dealing with employees/customers older than myself.

Led a team of 9 campus representatives to develop and implement marketing strategies to grow erodr's presence. Learned how to be a bridge between corporate and my team, including budgeting methods, payroll strategy, and tracking weekly progress.

Worked on a team with children ages 3-18+, responsible for interacting with these kids and providing them an active experience they otherwise would not be able to have. Ranging from behavioral to cognitive to physical abilities, it was our responsibility to adapt to each child's individual, custom needs. Constructed presentations that are able to be used at a professional level and develop various action plans to be put in use with the kids.

Shadowed various professionals in a private clinical setting, ranging from PTAs DPTs. Gained knowledge on how to communicate with patients in a professional way and how to carry about appropriate body language and conversations. Learned how to use basic modalities such as heat packs, ice packs, electrical stimulation, ultrasound technologies, and basic weight/resistance equipment for various injuries and disabilities.
