My main responsibilities are the coordination of the Authority’s strategic Office Accommodation. This involves the management, planning and specifically the on-going rationalisation of the Council portfolio of offices and Assets occupied by County Council staff. I also work on the Big Ask project to enable the transfer of potential assets to community groups.

My responsibilities include management of commercial properties on behalf of landlords including negotiating lease renewals. I also undertake valuations and professional services including rent reviews and dilapidation surveys.

Responsible for the project management of wind farm developments across the north of England. This involves leading the project to planning submission and throughout the post submission process.

Responsible for the first line management of warehouse operatives on contracts including First Drinks and Brighthouse and the purchasing of infrastructure for United Utilities
