I'm not your everyday construction estimator. It's true I have over 20 years of experience working within a team, or corroborating with architects and contractors on anything from designs and material estimates and quotes, to tapered roof insulation designs. But, I also have a background in computers and security. I've worked with Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers where we have all had the same goals in mind - Job completion, sales, and customer satisfaction. I've contributed to sales growth to meet and exceed end of year overall sales and increased GP% margin. At the same time teaching the sales team and management how jobs can be value engineered to lower costs for both the company and client.I take great pride in my work, and because of this I am highly detail oriented (almost obsessive!) and able to multi task, while still delivering under the gun and meeting bid dates and deadlines. My greatest strength is being someone that you can depend on, but its more than that. People know that they can trust me to do what I say I will do, they know I can deliver.When I'm not on the job, I love spending time with my family, gardening, cooking and trying out new recipes, and traveling to new places to learn about different cultures and people.
