I am an experienced attorney (50+ yrs) with a demonstrated history of success. I want to stay active and am seeking remote work. Having launched technology startups such as InteleSafe.com, and written computer technology articles for the American Bar Association Journal, I have lifelong strong interest in cybersecurity law, ediscovery, electronic document production, international privacy regulation, assembly language programming, database design, malware/ransomware detection, and other computer related topics. For remote work, I have fiber optic service terminating in a Netgear Omni mesh network and Synology NAS storage. My home network is fully protected by BitDefender's router based Armor security system. I have MS Teams, Zoom, and other conference software; Outlook, Signal, and Proton encrypted email; MS 365 office suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro DS, and Photoshop; along with other productivity, forensic, and security apps and suites. I have both an iPhone and Android phone, and use Windows 11 and Apple Mac based computers.I am skilled in Legal Research (DCJS) and Document Review. I have trial experience, including drafting of state and federal appellate briefs, focusing on consumer, contract, and cybersecurity law. I currently do data breach reviews for Dauntless Discovery and contract data breach work for Price Waterhouse Cooper. I am a meticulous reviewer, able to identify both errors and content which can be improved. I graduated from University of Kentucky School of Law and am licensed in Kentucky and Federal Courts. I have recently been closing mortgages for Chase and Rocket Mortgage, having a quality score of 100% for 300+ Amrock/Nexsys Clear Sign remote electronic and paper closings. With reduced refinancing volume I now have time available to pursue interesting projects.
