Performing a Programme Management role for the service delivery of data, data science and business intelligence services and solutions to client organisations:Planning the overall programme;Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;Defining the programme governance and controls;Supervising a team of project managers;Monitoring all projects to ensure that project managers meet milestones;Managing the interdependencies between projects;Managing and utilising resources across projects;Managing the programme’s budget;Managing the risks and contingency plans of the programme;Managing stakeholders’ communication (programme Sponsor, Owner, business stakeholders, external vendors and programme members.
