There were 32 Marriott Renaissance hotels at the time.We achieved an overall satisfaction of 71.2%, which was a growth of 9.9% on the previous year. We were the only hotel to break the 70% mark, with the 2nd ranked hotel achieving a score of 69.6%This is the first time the Shelbourne Hotel has achieved 1st position.• Increased staff satisfaction for the department, growing from 65% to 68% against previous year• The above were achieved in a strong financial year, where we beat both 2012 and Budget, taking in revenue in excess of €4m.
