Offshore - remotely managed multiple groups and managers in CA, WI, CO and India locations with the largest organization being 225 resources. Directed a $100M program in partnership with McKesson for ClaimsXten Claims editing tool. Successfully implemented across 4 platforms within a 2 year timeframe, which saved $3.5M monthly and projected $185M through 2013. Successfully implemented onshore / offshore resourcing model that was used by company to lower development and testing costs. First group to use WebSphere and Business Objects while also introducing Agile and iterative processing. Experienced in EHR and HIE across Enterprise - wide applications.
