Responsible for the engineering organization at the Eastman, GA plant. Provide critical technical leadership for major capital projects and ensure the Engineering team has project solutions needed to drive safety, quality, and performance plans.Responsible for all phases of capital projects (contracts, cost estimation, design, bid analysis, construction, and start-up). Develop project scope, appropriations requests, purchasing, scheduling, design, development, and coordination of drawings for equipment, piping, and electrical layouts.
