I have been working at Signal Technologies for some time now. I am about halfway through school and have been invited to join three Honor Societies, have been working on becoming a mentor through the school's Champs Program and maintaining a near 4.0 GPA. I am excited about continuing my education after I graduate.I have been volunteering in my community in a few different ways. I am the Secretary of my American Legion Post 494 Riders, where we set up events such as rides and breakfasts to raise money to donate to other organizations in our community, with a significant focus on Veterans. I also volunteer at my church, doing what I can to help. Lastly, I volunteer at my local County Courthouse to help mentor Veterans going through treatment court. In the short time I have been involved, it has been fantastic watching and being a part of a system serving those who have served.I spent 7 years in the Navy as an Electronics Technician, working on systems such as Line of Sight Communications, Radar, Satellite Communications, Crypto, Inertial Navigation, Calibration, and Mini-Micro Electronics Repair. I value my time spent in the Navy. I worked with some of the best people and still consider many leaders my role models.One of my greatest motivations is my daughter. I am trying to create a positive role model for her. Some values I was to instill in her are hard work, motivation, and constant continued learning.
