After leaving University with a background in Computer Science and Cybernetics I co-founded MMT Digital and helped to grow it from 3 to over 200 people with offices in the Midlands, London and Leeds. In 2019 we became part of MSQ which enables us to deliver more connected solutions to our clients across data and insights, creative and technology.I still work part-time for MSQ as the Chief Sustainability Officer, helping them focus on the delivery of lower-carbon digital solutions for their clients.Today I'm also the Chairman of an incredible next-generation power electronics company, QPT, which has made significant breakthroughs which enable fast-switching GaN (Gallium Nitride) transistors to more efficiently drive the world's electric motors. Electric motors use 45% of the world's electricity so the impact of this innovation on climate change is highly significant.
