I manage the commercial and operational Contracting and Boral Asphalt business in Regional Queensland. As the market leader in the region we employ eight full time crews. We work on large and remote infrastructural projects from the tip of the Cape to the South Australian boarder. These operations include Asphalt production and Asphalt Laying Works, Significant Spray Sealing operations through out the state and Boral Bitumen. With our four regional contracting depots, we can provided comprehensvie coverage through out regional Queensland and the Pacific Islands. We are also experinced in undertaking remote Project specific mobile Asphalt and airport works

In this role I managed ten regional quarry operations throughout the vast Queensland state all north of Brisbane. This exposed me to a variety of major infrastructural and development projects, where local operations had to react quickly to exploit the market. As part of this role I helped to develop a stronger operational base, improving efficiencies and safety performance. Whilst focusing on delivering customers’ expectations.
