I had overall responsibility for the strategic development, implementation and operation of all aspects of London Business School's Information Technology, including technology infrastructure; customer services; teaching technologies; outsourced services; desktop operating systems and applications.

I was primarily responsible for setting, communicating, and delivering IT strategy throughout the group globally.
