Pega is revolutionizing how global organizations optimize customer experience and automate operations with our patented Build for Change® technology empowering business people to discover better ways of continuously improving their critical business systems. The Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform truly revolutionizes the way that applications are created by fostering collaboration between the Business and IT. As a Solutions Consultant from 2007-2010 and since 2011 as a Solutions Consulting Manager for Pegasystems, I have leveraged my skills as a conduit between IT and business people to imagine solutions and instantly configure them for major accounts in the financial services sector.As a Solutions Consulting Manager, I am responsible for a team of solutions consultants that collaborate with our sales team to design product demos and proof of concepts, perform technical and architectural client presentations, and create relationships with our customers in the financial services sector. In 2011 I lead the largest financial services sector win Pegasystems ever had in 2011, and in 2011 and 2012 I received the Pegasystems Medallion Award in recognition of my contributions to exceeding our yearly sales goal. As much as my work at Pegasystems is challenging and rewarding, I also appreciate the organization and our culture which promotes collaboration and teamwork. Since joining Pegasystems in 2007, the company has grown exponentially and through all the changes, the spirit remains intact.For the past 25 years, I have been employed in a range of positions in the software industry. I began my career as a software engineer and found great satisfaction in designing leading edge software applications as the computer industry transitioned from mainframe procedural applications to object oriented design to applications as a service.
