Responsible for the collection, analysis, preparation, and presentation of data and materials in support of After Action Review (AAR) presentation for the Intelligence Warfighter Function Training Analysis and Feedback Facility (TAFF). Manage data and information capture of reports, incidents, and events throughout the rotation as a Joint Operations Center for AAR support. During the rotation, support 24 hour operations monitoring rotational training unit (RTU) and observer/controller/trainer (OCT) communication to ensure support to OCTs and capture of rotational events and information. Upon rotational completion, provide analyst support, preparation and completion of the RTU take home package, which includes mission synopsis, areas to sustain and areas of improvement in written and video formats.

Responsible for the health, welfare and training of 12 Soldiers. Performed quality control and supervision of aviation-related intelligence support products. Received, analyzed, distributed and provided analytical feedback to the Brigade Senior Intelligence Officer, subordinate staff, and Tactical Operations Center personnel deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. Established garrison personnel and physical security procedures for the Brigade during deployment.

Served as a Platoon Sergeant in an Aviation Support Battalion deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for the health, morale, discipline and training of 35 Soldiers in the Supply Support Activity. Supervised processing and distribution of all Class II, III, IV, VII, and IX supplies with 5,311 Authorized Stockage Listing lines valued in excess of $80,000,000. Provided a professional development and guidance to 14 Non-Commissioned Officers.

Battalion S-3 NCOIC for the 1st Infantry Division's Aviation Support Battalion, consisting of 783 Soldiers, deploying to the CENTCOM AOR in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of the battalion's training readiness and resources. Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Battalion's tactical operations center. Responsible for the health, welfare, training and professional development of eight NCOs and one enlisted Soldier.

Company Operations Sergeant for a Headquarters Support Company in a forward stationed Special Forces Battalion. Managed daily operations for the company, including all staff functions, deconflicting training for 15 separate sections. Advised the Company Commander on individual and collective training for the company. Coordinated all company airborne operations. Managed the jump logs and jump pay for 156 personnel. Coordinated support for three Special Forces line companies. Managed the company ammunition allotment. Assisted in long term planning.

Served as the Senior Intelligence Analyst in the All Source Production Section supporting a Special Forces Battalion with a mission oriented towards Central and South America. Prepared tailored Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield products and Target Intelligence Packages compiled from finished, multi-disciplined intelligence sources. Used analytical skills and an automated database to provide information to 15 Special Forces Operational Detachments and three Special Forces Companies.

Performed as a primary Vietnamese linguist, interviewer, and casualty resolution analyst during missions to achieve the fullest possible accounting of Americans mission as a result of the war in Southeast Asia. Planned for and conducted interviews of foreign nationals concerning POW/MIAs. Participated in joint U.S./Vietnamese field investigations, recovery operations and interacted with foreign officials in the course of activities. Translated documents to and from Vietnamese. Wrote over 120 Detailed Reports of Investigations, used by the highest levels of government, to include the White House.
