Delivering into the global HR technology needs and working across the Telefonica countries.•Delivered a single digital user experience, through integrations across other HR technology. This included owning the communication plan into the business• Manage the relationships between all learning systems and providers.• Delivered and managed the HR learning technology budget of circa £800k per year.• Delivered the technical capability to ensure regulatory and legal compliance to prove competence for the Telefonica UK business.• Led the transformation of the UK HR learning technology and systems. This included the migration of LMS providers, adoption of a new HRIS (SuccessFactors) and how we managed our user data.
