My expertise is in implementing and maintaining technology and systems within a learning and HR environment – to create a brilliant employee experience. Be that, in the way digital learning technology and systems are used or a more holistic approach to how technology and systems are behind all aspects of the employee experience. I believe that a positive culture within an organisation happens, in part when it’s easy to connect with people, it's easy to collaborate with people, easy to learn and grow and it’s easy to get what you need to be your best. Be that as an individual, within teams, across teams or across an organisation. This is what I strive to achieve for or within an organisation.
