Led Field Operations for VA programs in support of the Veterans Health Administration and the Veterans Choice Program. Managed the daily operations of a cross-functional health services team in partnering with 31 VA Medical Centers across 4 Veteran Integrated Service Network in order to improve access to timely, high quality care through the utilization of community based commercial provider networks for primary and specialty care.

The Military Family Life Counseling Program is the premier behavioral health services program serving the global military community. With a network of over 800 counselors serving our armed forces in over 190 locations worldwide, the program provides confidential, solution-focused counseling support with utilization averaging over 120,000 sessions per month.

As the Director of Media Relations in support of the 2015 DoD Warrior Games, responsible for coordination of all media activities to promote the communication goals of the Office of the Secretary Defense and all US Military service branch partners throughout execution of the preeminent athletic competition for wounded, ill and injured service members and veterans. Facilitated over 100 external media engagements while managing 6 subordinate specialized media relations teams, resulting in over 27 million impressions via print, radio, television and digital/social media executions.

Directed change management initiatives to develop new business processes in coordination with client leadership. Developed implementation strategies and executed stakeholder development and organizational training initiatives to support deployment of multiple enterprise systems integrations.

Managed a diverse team of researchers and messaging specialists in the development of global strategic communication initiatives supporting US AFRICOM. Conducted analysis of engagement activities at the national-strategic level while synchronizing messaging from the Department of Defense, State Department and Other-Governmental Agencies.
