CurrentResponsible for the day-to-day business of the Society, including promoting, training and motivating the team by developing procedures to hit goals. Builds relationship with the Board of Directors to work on strategies to move the organization forward. Advises leadership on association management matters and regularly collaborates with the President.Maintains and enters into relationships with ASHI consultants such as Public Relations consultant, Legal CounselResponsible for the finances of the Society, regularly reports to the Board on its financial condition and coordinates the year-end audit. Coordinates production of the annual budget in conjunction with the Financial CommitteePlans and produces the Annual conference and schedules educational seminars, working with the Conference and Education Committees, and any outside consultants.Provides necessary liaison and staff support to committees and task forces to enable them to properly perform their functions, reporting to the President on their progress Oversees membership services by overseeing all Staff Functions and collaborating with appropriate committeesUpholds the reputation and integrity of the Society Leads communication initiatives with industry related associations and organizations, and all legislative effortsNotable Accomplishments:* Instrumental in relaunching the ASHI Foundation in 2018, and became Chairman of the Board for this 501(c)(3) organization* Took over responsibility of The ASHI School a wholly owned subsidiary of the American Society of Home Inspectors in 2018
