ACE is a Home Office capability within the Homeland Security Group.ACE is a partnership between the public and private sectors. It has access to a community of more than 260 organisations and experts drawn from the private sector and academia, from which it selects and combines the capabilities best suited to any given problem.Established in 2017, ACE applies its approach of industry-led innovation and co-creation to increasingly wide-ranging challenges from across government and other public sector agencies.ACE has successfully delivered solutions in fields such as online child sexual abuse and exploitation, counter-terrorism, the insider threat in critical national infrastructure, cybercrime and border security.

NCSC for Startups is helping innovators develop products and technology with the government to solve challenges that are mission-critical to society and our economy. The opportunity is a collaboration between the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and Plexal.My role was to lead the design and delivery of the NCSC for Startups programme; an initiative that provides startup/scaleups with technical and commercial mentorship, introductions to corporate partners and investors, and ultimately, supports their development in communicating their core product/service.

The NCSC Cyber Accelerator was a collaboration between the UK Government Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), and Wayra UK, part of Telefónica Open Future. My role was to co-manage the NCSC Cyber Accelerator, which was part of the Government’s £1.9bn National Cyber Security Programme. The initiative enabled tech entrepreneurs to play their part in helping make the UK a safer place to live and work online - as well as spurring innovation and competition to boost the UK's economic growth.
