Performed access-list (ACL) modification requests on firewall interfaces working directly with AT&T's security operations department and system administrators for various fortune 500 clients. Identified threats on inbound and outbound traffic, monitored Intrusion detection systems (IDS), responded to potential threats and attacks in real-time by blocking detected unauthorized traffic on client firewalls by using drop rules and various identification and verification techniques, as well as identifying false-positives.
