Current• Schedule and manage appointments to show homes to prospective clients.• Show residential properties that are well-matched with clients’ financial capabilities and needs.• Manage and maintain multiple investment properties; guides buyers/sellers through the sale and purchase of properties.• Promote the sales and leasing of properties through various advertising and online marketing platforms.• Pitch sales leads through cold calls using company database program and follow up on these leads via face-to-face meetings, telephone and/or emails.• Negotiate and close several residential transactions, and provides follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain a positive flow of communication with other agents, money lenders, buyers and sellers, mortgage officers, title personnel and attorneys involved in the home buying and selling process.
