Raised annual budget of approximately half a million dollars through individual, foundation, and corporate giving. Oversaw implementation of PHE’s evidenced based, near-peer, health education programming for underserved young people of color in Greater Boston growing annual reach by nearly 33% from 3,600 young people served in 19-20 to 4,800 served in 20-21. Provided fiscal and organizational oversight including the development and monitoring of budgets, service on PHE’s National Organizational Leadership Team, management of office staff and logistics, etc. Grew, managed and developed PHE Boston’s local advisory board increasing membership from 9 to 15 members in the span of one year.

Developed and implemented novel program models in new PHE communities, designing for impact, efficiency, and financial sustainability. Led PHE’s growth strategy through research, landscape analyses, and direct stakeholder outreach and engagement. Launched PHE programming in 17 new high school and colleges sites across Dallas, Denver and Stockton.

Trained, coached, and supported PHE Program Directors nationally (Boston, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco) in leading impactful programs and overseeing high performing teams. Grew number of young people served nationally from 17,600 to 18,500. Utilized data and feedback from Salesforce, focus groups, and regular surveys to generate insights and develop innovative strategies to better support teams. Served as the primary liaison between local program teams and national PHE operations teams.

Led and supported the design, evaluation, and implementation of pilots building from PHE's direct service program. Designed and supported program implementation elements for a new model that (as of 2021) now serves as Peer Health Exchange’s core foundational program offering. Created and implemented a text-message pilot program for 320 PHE 9th graders

Led effective hiring processes for all local positions across six city sites, including managing job postings, creating job descriptions, and conducting hiring consultations, resume reviews and phone screens. Coordinated organization-wide internal diversity work in partnership with the Talent Team. Co-created and co-led management training on anti-bias hiring practices for PHE Program Directors. Managed the recruitment, selection, and training of 380 college students across 3 universities and colleges. Led trainings on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, leadership, classroom management and facilitation skills, and health content on mental and sexual health, and substance misuse to groups of 15-100+ volunteers. Developed and fostered partnerships with 17 Title I public high schools, cultivating successful relationships with school administrators, principals, and host teachers

Selected as lead point-person for Asian Human Services’ (AHS) 11-person AmeriCorps team. Addressed member needs and concerns. Compiled and analyzed data for AHS’ AmeriCorps Program’s mid-year and final outcome reports. Organized yearly service events, leadership development opportunities, and team bonding for AmeriCorps teammates.

Coordinated the Literacy and Education for Adults and Families' (LEAF) evening program consisting of English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction, vocational computer courses and volunteer tutoring programs. Created a streamlined database to manage LEAF’s 30+ member volunteer tutoring program. Collected, entered and managed student data within the Data and Information System Illinois (DAISI) database. Managed new student registration, responded to program inquiries, and administered student proficiency testing. Developed new presentations and recruitment materials, now utilized ubiquitously across the LEAF program.

Instructed a multi-ethnic, diverse, primarily low-income student body in topics including basic computer literacy, Microsoft Office Suite, technology skills for job seekers, internet browsing, and the Windows operating system. Served over 300 students representing more than 50 different countries. Received consistent high marks on student submitted teacher evaluation forms, averaging a 4.9/5.0.
