Responsible for providing and managing legal support for the company’s largest business unit with the broadest set of cloud and software offerings by: drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of agreements, including technology licensing agreements (inbound and outbound), development agreements, sales agreements, developer platforms, business development deals, strategic alliances, support agreements, terms of service and acceptable use policy; leading due diligence activities for third party components (both proprietary and open source); counseling and assisting on disputes and customer support escalations; and counseling and training legal and business unit team members on IP, marketing, negotiations, licensing, regulatory, machine learning, electronic signatures, content moderation, data privacy and data protection; reviewing marketing materials; and driving and developing processes and tools to scale legal support.
