MEP/Aquatic Life Support System Project Manager - CommercialResponsible for all MEP and Aquatic Life Support System aspects of the American National Fish and Wildlife Museum, an 80,000 square feet museum and aquarium. The aquarium included over 30 separate freshwater and saltwater life support systems including a 200,000 gallon saltwater tank. Museum included state of the art exhibit lighting, sound and interactive systems. Project was completed on time and under the $35 million budget with the savings returned to the Owner. MEP Project Manager - HealthcareSuccessfully performed as MEP Project Manager on $38 million Acute Care addition, separate Surgical Center, and extensive renovation of existing hospital on Wyoming Medical Center campus. During my 18 month period as a "suitcase" employee I quickly gained respect of the Owner and a close-knit local subcontractor community, fairly reviewed and negotiated over 400 change order requests or clarifications and reconciled differences with Owner, Architect and Turner Construction.
