I am farm kid turned city slicker and I love solving big problems facing both worlds.As a scientist in the startup and semiconductor industry, I've led creation of PDKs, DOEs, and whitepapers regarding heterogeneous integration and photonics. I use my coaching and process improvement skills to help coworkers push for better results and achieve lofty milestones. In 2023, I led the production of a MEMs Si photonic device to 2x yield and subsequently reduced our OPEX. This year I've been focused on improving operations of my farm by using deep analytics of costing against grain yields to determine investments in new implement, equipment, and sowing practices.I'm always looking for great teams to work with and challenging problems to tackle.
