My name is James Vernon, I’m a professional and experienced ‘Business to Business’ sales person and I absolutely love Interacting with people.This curiously of people interaction (be it personal or business related) is in my DNA, it has evolved to become a passion, is something that I view as continuous improvement and one of life’s key skills that I can’t wait to see develop within my own children. In my view, this attribute of wanting to learn about people & truly understand their personal and business goals, is a fundamental prerequisite for anybody serious about a career in professional high level sales.Operating for the last 28 years on the ‘Sales front line’ within both New Business Development and Strategic Account Management roles, has provided me the opportunity to gain a wealth of ‘face to face’ experience in understanding the nature of why people buy, why they don’t and how best to position the right products and services to address both the immediate and scalable needs of an abundance of organisations (within both the private enterprise & public sectors). Im employed by Netcall ('Where Communication meets Automation'), a UK vendor leading the way in helping customers achieve competitive advantage and enhance customer engagement with intelligent AI solutions like CCaaS, Low Code, RPA, and BPM. Its a ‘Customer First’ partnership that I'm proud off, delivered by an organisation different to elsewhere and one where we both continue to strive for excellence.I live in Leeds, married to my beautiful wife and have two wonderful children that are the focus of our entire world. In my spare time, I love to travel, spend time socialising with my family & laughing with my friends. I enjoy activities such as squash, football, coaching and getting outdoors as much as possible. Put simply, I consider myself to be a very lucky man.
