I am the Social Media director and a senior ITSM consultant for FMX Solutions. My responsibilities are to be a Process Engineer consultant and ITSM analyst/consultant for a client and/or partner company. I provide process analyst and implementation assistance for an IT Service Management tool solution called EasyVista. I also provide as a consultant assistant with process design and improvement. For my social media side of the house, I am in charge of all social media related marketing in regards to FMX Solutions. This includes Linkedin and youtube promotional material. I helped develop our marketing strategy in Today's social media world.

My responsibilities in this current role are Process Engineer consultant, ITSM analyst, ITSM system administrator, Asset Manager, Configuration Manager, and Change Manager. With these, I am a process engineer that consulate, designs and documents these processes for the Information Technology department.

I worked in the Information Technology Application Development and Support department for POWER Engineers. My responsibilities in that role were system administrator, web development and database administration. I would also take incidents and requests for services that our department was responsible for.

I worked in the Information Technology Service Desk department for POWER Engineers. My responsibilities in that role were mainly incident and request for the employees at the company. These would range from basic computer issues to access to a file system.
