My ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical people allows me to set the vision for product discovery, design, requirements, and delivery.Xumo Stream Box: While leading the development teams for Xumo Stream Box from Spectrum, I fostered relationships with Charter business departments, back-end content teams, Comcast Engineering Leadership, and the international RDK (hardware OS) community. I played a pivotal role in Charter’s ability to meet the launch date by suggesting technical solutions, facilitating communication, and prioritizing resources. As an expert in the Xumo Stream Box, I was entrusted with presenting and demonstrating the product to retail stores and call centers nationwide.Quality & Data: I implement and rely on data analytics to maintain a competitive marketplace and product quality.
