I have always wanted to work in IT since I was 14 years old. I got my first IT job at a call center troubleshooting and providing customer service for AT&T DSL service. From there I worked as a lead technician for Cable One/Sparklight. I learned all about the industry and how to provide customer service in these roles and have used that to my advantage as an IT technician. After my time in the call centers I became a Desktop Support Technician with Subzero Inc. in their factory in Goodyear, AZ. That was my first time working as an IT technician and I worked there for 5 years before moving back to my hometown where I now work as an IT Technician for the City of Cottonwood.Outside of work I enjoy the great outdoors along with the great indoors. I enjoy spending time down at the river kayaking and swimming and also enjoy video games, movies and books.
