I transitioned into a contractor role following the completion of my Rutgers University fellowship to support the U.S. Field Medical Oncology leadership team in driving the strategy and efficacy of the Field Medical Team through optimized initiatives.● Manage operational reporting, metrics deliverables, and data generation for Quarterly Business Reviews and field medical survey creation, providing strategic reports and relevant data for U.S. Field Medical and Medical Affairs matrix team meetings in partnership with Business Insights & Analytics function.● Liaise between Home Office, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and regional, national, and executive-level Directors, determining trends and actionable items while translating highly technical information into digestible communications.● Collect, analyze, and present on data encompassing clinical trials, patient insights, and field interactions, identifying gaps and priority areas based on in-depth conversations with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in healthcare.● Support strategic planning, field trainings, and medical account planning by contributing crucial data summaries, insights, and implications during U.S. Field Medical Oncology meeting preparation and execution.● Partner with Medical Communications and Publications teams to strategically identify data trends and pinpoint direction of future communications and research.● Collaborate with cross-matrix partners and leaders during pre-, peri-, and post-launch activities for new therapeutics. During the second year of my fellowship, I was entrusted to cover a full-time role once again in place of a Specialist on medical leave, leading the collection and analysis of clinical data insights in support of strategic planning efforts and field trainings. ● Generated and distributed TACTIC quarterly newsletter, as well as field insight reviews and executive summaries, that evaluated key insights of therapeutic areas (TAs). Contributed analytics of virtual and in-person medical congresses.● Co-precepted Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE) students, mentoring PharmD interns on industry best practices and optimal use of scientific data in communications.● Served as Co-Lead on newly combined Recruitment & Media Fellowship Committee, implementing improvements to virtual processes based on vital learning experiences from previous year during pandemic limitations.● Organized, coordinated, and led field medical meetings and trainings for U.S. Field Medical Oncology team. Select Achievements● Played pivotal role in agile, two-phased drug launch of first-in-class, neoadjuvant immunotherapy-based treatment for NSCLC, CM816, following early approval by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that required swift planning. ● Contributed to pilot partnership with Worldwide Oncology group to build strategy for educating oncologists and wider KOL community on novel treatment. I also fielded and managed unsolicited requests from healthcare providers (HCPs), payers, and patients.● Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders and leadership team to develop scientific communication and access strategies. Created and delivered scientific content and resources regarding educational gaps and access concerns.● Supported National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) submission processes. Maintained partnerships with vendors, including PPD, BGB, True Group, Lane Group, Cactus Communications, and Envision Pharma Group.● Contributed to and presented relevant content plans and project budgets for medical content and resource development as integral member of strategic planning sessions and business reviews.● Managed preparation for, communication to, and execution of various medical and scientific congresses.Select Achievements● Generated awareness of ongoing Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials (DiCT) efforts by creating and hosting innovative lunch and learn program covering future implications for education and access resources.● Increased fellowship recruitment rates despite pandemic limitations by developing creative recruitment materials and media resources in virtual environments as dual member of Recruitment and Media Fellowship Committees.

Due to my past business ownership expertise, I was invited to spearhead the development of the new TSU breast cancer screening and prevention center from the ground up using a Susan G. Komen grant. I focused on creating and implementing outreach partnerships, vendor contracts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the overall clinic model and structure.● Organized marketing and communications for services, health fairs, and community events, including mobile mammograms, follow-up screenings, and patient education sessions, for maximum community outreach.● Established relationships with key community HCPs and KOLs, such as population-based decision-makers and third-party payers.
