Thanks to the efforts of every member of our team, both years we were able to handsomely exceed our sales targets.

Responsible for compiling research, producing written reports, presentations & initiating projects including;-Transitioning production centres to an electric heating system, producing an accompanying cost-benefit analysis distinguishing biomass, wind & solar renewable generation solutions for the project.- Researching emergency catering solutions for production facility in Sri Lanka during the 2022 blackouts, proposing a system of electric cooking appliances linked to an array of solar panels to circumvent a failed power grid and relative non-viability of petrol/diesel generator powered alternatives. - Implementing system changes recording time-to-complete data for all tasks within a production chain, alongside software which could then allocate workloads across production operatives more efficiently.

Chief Assistant to the Lead Engineer as part of a team developing a machine & protocols for extruding thermoplastic polyurethane into an adhesive film for use in the textile industry. This role entailed sole responsibility for the operation of a prototype machine running at temperatures in excess of 200°c and the maintenance of a meticulous system of records & notes to inform the ongoing development process. Observations were then collated and raised in frequent conferences with our team of chemical and mechanical engineers, as well as higher management. Requiring concise and accurate communication, and cross-functional understanding of the needs, interests and expertise of other team members.
