Lead a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, and Executive Compensation. Oversee the Company’s market pricing system, benefits, long term incentives, employee retirement savings program and all HRIT maintenance. Oversee entire salary life cycle including research and analyses to provide recommendations to managers at all levels for competitive pay and development of new positions.
