I manage People Operations for Thunes (450+ employees in 38 countries) and shared services for TransferTo, DT One, and Ezra (200 employees).Key Responsibilities and Achievements: • Sourced and implemented BOB HRIS, migrating from 3 independent BambooHR instances, improving data integrity, reporting, and scalability globally.• Ongoing optimisation of BOB HRIS, enhancing user experience and driving operational efficiency.• Spearheaded process automation, launching a global ticketing system, an employee-facing People Portal for self-service, and a People Wiki for People team self-service.• Led EOR partnership implementation and management, supporting global expansion and ensuring compliance.• Oversee HR data, system integrations, and vendor management, establishing BOB HRIS as the central data source, integrated with platforms like TravelPerk, Skillcast, and Slack.• Led payroll migrations and harmonisation projects across regions, streamlining payroll operations for growth.• Align core People activities across compensation reviews, performance management, benefits, L&D, and other priorities.• Drive continuous improvement by aligning People processes with evolving strategic goals.Through continuous development and scaling of People Operations, I ensure the team delivers impactful, efficient, and seamless employee experiences across diverse regions and business units.
