I lead a team of service technicians who support our customer’s fundraisers through expert operation of the GiveSmart Events platform on event day. I report on Event Services monthly operations figures and work alongside my team to achieve our goals through assessing process and implementing change when necessary. Because change is inevitable in our environment, I also manage various changes that apply to my team including a transition within Salesforce and with various tools used to deliver premium service to customers.I work cross-functionally with other teams to help accommodate unique customer needs for GiveSmart Events services.

Created and managed the employee payroll process, implemented leadership to establish a positive team culture, and drove retail sales. Supported marketing projects by coordinating operations and establishing contacts within the local community.

Lead the re-brand of an international nonprofit and created the annual marketing strategy which focused on funding projects and retaining recurring donors. Supported the website build, created all digital and printed marketing material, planned annual fundraising events and managed employees, volunteers and interns. Increased annual giving by over 45% YOY. Created processes and policies that guided the Marketing and Development team to success. Focused on the donor journey and implemented the organization’s first CRM tool to track donor data trends and increase giving.

Partnered with Bhutanese nationals to bring training resources to Dzhonka communities.
