Design of end of arm tooling, geo-stations and holding fixtures utilizing Catia V5 and FIDES software.

Utilizing Catia V5, I designed drill jigs, holding fixtures, safety enclosures, overhead tooling, machine components, etc. Other job functions included analyzing part changes, updating previous models, and facilitating revisions of current models. Data management responsibilities included but not limited to importing/exporting data, managing data locations, creating placards, tool use instructions, visual layout drawings, and releasing products and drawings. Also at J.F. Hubert I worked with controls and application engineering, tech support, and was an on-site controls technician at Boeings Everett, Wa. plant with unrestricted security clearance through May, 2009.

At ABB I worked mainly with the Catia design systems, but experienced many others. I translated from .models to catpart, iges, rob cad, and various other systems. I have experience with VPM, Vis-View, Catia V4&5, and I-deas. In my experience at ABB, I have designed, analyzed part changes, translated files, interfaced with customers, organized and shipped entire body shops, and maintained tool files. During this period, I completed the INCAT Top Gun V5 training.
