Pluot is a video conferencing service that incorporates hardware for a business's TV but also offers a free easy-to-use service for anyone on a computer.My responsibilities at Pluot included:- Onboarded and followed up with paid customers on a weekly basis- Managed video and live chat support, the response time for live chat was less than two minutes- Conducted a series of customer interviews to determine product features to build- Developed Pluot’s internal support processes, such as implemented a CRM, created in-box support documentation, help articles and support videos, templated emails, and automated messaging - Tracked customer behavior and analyzed weekly meeting metrics to identify trends and software bugs- Scaled hardware assembly and fulfillment by order an of magnitude- Hired and managed hourly employees to assemble and ship hardware to customers- Implemented internal processes to test, track, and ship outgoing and incoming inventory- Managed international hardware vendor relationships- Sourced new packaging and plastic vendors that produced higher quality and more reproducible parts that dropped the build of materials by several dollars

I was instrumental in helping the company raise over $3.5 million in venture financing. Under my leadership, we completed two TechStars programs, Boulder in 2013 and the Disney Accelerator in 2014.My responsibilities at SnowShoe included:- Led product strategy and development from inception through market launch- Grew SnowShoe’s developer community to 3,000 users and developed SnowShoe’s pre-sale campaign, sold 30,000 stamps and delivered them on time- Organized and ran company-wide product strategy planning retreats- Led weekly sprints and retrospective meetings- Landed several major enterprise clients (e.g., Disney, Red Bull, The Game Awards) and ran project management for all customer-facing initiatives.
