Hello, my name is Joshua Morales and I am a Media Production Specialist. My education and professional experience have given me a working knowledge of a full range of production techniques. At Pasadena Media, my responsibilities included coordinating day-to-day studio operations, producing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content, managing media files for broadcast and social media, designing motion graphic content and videos, and developing short videos for distribution via social media. As a Media Production Specialist for Long Beach State I work on the Beach Vision broadcast crew that produces the live sports broadcasts for the university’s Division I NCAA athletic teams. I’ve worked different crew positions such as camera operator, replay coordinator, time-out coordinator, graphics, and technical director. I am well trained in setting up and using live broadcast equipment both in studio and on location. Along with my other experience, I am also well versed in sound recording, creating graphics, producing for television, camera operating, lighting techniques, and editing. I also have the ability to quickly learn techniques in the development of television, film, radio, and multimedia productions. I am truly blessed to work in an industry that allows me to explore my passion for film and television production.
