I work as an ICT Consultant for Tata Consultancy Services. I am currently placed at Randstad Global IT working for the Dutch opco RGN IT. I am mainly working on the AWS Cloud Infrastructure. My other tasks are described in the preceding job description.Main activities I perform:- Responsible for the Randstad Amazon Web Services environment (AWS)- Create cloud infrastructure through AWS cloudformation templates - Work together with development teams designing their cloud infrastructure- Maintain the running AWS environment in all environments (DTAP)- Troubleshooting the running AWS environment - Maintain/Troubleshooting the running VMware environment- Datacenter management (KPN CyberCenter and GlobalSwitch)

I worked as an ICT Consultant at Randstad IT. Randstad IT is a subsidiary of Randstad Holding and is responsible for the IT of all subsidiaries in Holland. I am a Systems Administrator of the VMware and storage environment. It is my responsibility that all Vmware hosts (38), its Virtual Machines (1100) is operational and maintained.Main activities I perform are :- installing, configuring, administering and patching the VMware vSphere 4, 5 and 6 environment.- cooperate in “Going Cloud Project” (Amazon Web Services). Migration from on-premise to Cloud- researching new developments in a test environment- cooperate in projects in which VMware and Storage knowledge is necessary- troubleshooting VMware environment and Hardware (DELL, IBM and HP)- provisioning Windows and Linux virtual machines- installing, configuring and maintaining server hardware of DELL, IBM and HP.
