• Developed advanced motion control systems used for teleoperation over very long time delays, producing production-ready control laws using model-based design methodology (Simulink & Stateflow & Code generation).• Developed drivers (C/C++) and control software (C++ s-functions in Simulink) for a range of haptic devices, both using commercial (Force Dimensions Sigma 7, Novint Falcon) and completely custom solutions (ESA Haptics-1 stick, ESA SAM 7-DOF exoskeleton). These devices were used to control different robots in joint and task space (KUKA LWR and IIWA, Schunk LWA, Ambot 4x4 mobile platform).• Contributed to the full life-cycle of development, implementation, and deployment of three ESA flight projects (Interact, Haptics-1&2).• Designed and developed numerous systems prototyped within the ESA Telerobotics and Haptics Lab (hardware&software, see www.esa-telerobotics.net).• Supervised junior engineers and visiting students during multiple research and development projects.
