Field general IT support and NextGen EPM calls for 40+ multi-specialty medical group. I lead monthly EPM overview/scheduling training for new hires and assist in RCM improvement by monitoring and supporting the following functions:1. Claim denial management and monitoring via ERA Reason Codes2. Manage and build front end claim edits3. Support Phreesia eligibility and benefits vendor4. Support and build EPM worklog tasks5. Build and memorize system maintenance reports6. Payer contracts

GMA was a value-added reseller of NextGen. I performed on site work flow analysis for medical practices converting to NextGen EPM and EHR. I configured File Maintenance based on discovery. I developed customized training documents and conducted on site training, typically classroom style. I provided personal support Post Go-Live until successful reimbursement was established. GMA was purchased by MaxIT in July 2012.
