• Implementing efficient and compliant HR systems, processes, and guidelines, addressing gaps and proposing improvements.• Developing comprehensive procedural documents, guides, forms, letters, and templates aligned with industry standards for partners in other HR areas.• Identifying process gaps, proposed enhancements, and recommended changes to SOPs, forms, and templates including the letter of offers for the recruitment team. • Organizing HR Operations meetings to facilitate cross-functional discussions, process design, issue resolution, and team development in areas such as career development, recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, communication, payroll, and total compensation.• Participating in HR projects, including being the HR Lead for tool & template development within the Flexible Work Arrangement and return to work program; the Conflict of Interest Campaign; onboarding of HR team members. • Conducting internal audits, meeting with stakeholders to obtain information and records, and performing verifications. Represented HR during external audits.• Delivering accurate and timely HR Analytics and reporting outputs, including org charts and key HR metrics tracking (employee turnover, vacancy rate, and attendance).• Expanded duties within the HR Advisory team from October 2023; gaining exposure to probationary check-ins, workforce planning, performance management, educational initiatives, and leave and term extensions.
