Hi, there! My name is Janay Delisma and I'm a Senior Account Representative at Xeris Pharmaceuticals in Chicago, Illinois. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and I'm very proud to have a background in the Arts that has given me a solid foundation of transferrable skills. I am passionate about developing individualized sales strategies that cater to my clients’ unique needs and ultimately lead to customer success and satisfaction. By engaging in proactive outbound lead generation, gaining the trust of my clients with exceptional relationship building skills, and finding creative solutions to achieve an assigned objective, I have developed my own sales style that allows me to drive customer value and be an advocate for the end-users of our product.What excites me the most about combining my Arts background with corporate strategy is having the tenacity and creativity to constantly develop new ideas and strategies to achieve an ultimate goal.
