As Principal Cloud Solution Architect, I am part of the Genesys EMEA Cloud Competence Center (ECCC) team. As Genesys Cloud experts we provide high skill services in support of all key stakeholders in an account. Our team consists of Architects, API Developers, Program Managers, Presales Consultants, Implementation Consultants, and Security & Privacy Experts. The team sits within the EMEA Pre-Sales organization, supporting both direct & indirect business opportunities and new growth strategies.In this role, I work closely with Regional Sales Account Executives, Presales Engineers, Channels Managers, Professional Services, Care, Strategic Sales, Partners, Customers and Prospects. Key Responsibilities:• Direct presales engagement with partners and customers• Identify trends and prioritize support based on requirements from the field.• Collect, share and generalize good practices from one country to the others in the EMEA region.• Specialising in the application of privacy in a technical environment I deliver expert services including Internal/External enablement, Premise to Cloud migrations, tailored demonstrations, Trials, Proof of Concepts, Pilots, Must-Win Opportunity support, contributions to webinars and events, and more.• I assist in product research, RFP responses, product compliance roadmap presentations within my area of specialization.• Collaborate with all global functions for the timely completion of all requests.• The ECCC team DNA is innovation.
