As a Application Coordinator I am responsible for all build for our Cardiology, Therapy, Urology and Device Clinics specialties. I am also the Care Everywhere Lead for our organization. This includes assisting in any mapping, build or testing in projects where shared clinical data is being us utilized. As an Implementation Analyst, I was the primary point of contact for the build for Lab, Radiology and Order Transmittal for assigned implementations. This requires close collaboration with the interface team to create and map records that are needed according to each sites workflow for Lab and Radiology. In addition to working with orders I was the printing lead for our team. I lead meetings, build records, and oversaw map record testing for printing within Epic for each site.I also lead our technical dress rehearsals from the application side before go live. Finally, I took part in the command center tasks which include answering any questions that may arise from staff and fix any necessary build issues that arise during our go live.
