With business partners, set the technical vision, strategy, governance and directly managed teams for all technology initiatives related to applications, eCommerce, infrastructure and telecommunications for inside restaurants, web presence, payments, and catering solutions.Sponsor of NCR’s NBO Back Office Suite implementing inventory and labor into all locations to gain better control over real food and labor costs.Implemented Agile Scrum with 2-week sprints utilizing on-shore/off-shore resources for existing break/fix and enhancements. Beginning as a Network and Desktop Support Analyst and progressing into management, senior management and cross-functional management level positions, I managed teams that supported the global I.T. organization supporting over 15 countries and manufacturing operations. Worked with teams to develop technical 3 year IT roadmap that rolled up to the product and business roadmap.
