I manage two key portfolios (Tourism Accommodation and Packaging). I help them develop their capability and grow sales to customers outside Northern Ireland. Over the last 21 years in Invest NI, having started out in our HR team I moved on to managing programmes, teams and customer portfolios across our EBusiness, Software, Textiles, Business Services, Construction, and Multi-Sector teams. Corporate roles within Invest NI also included developing our CRM system and designing and implementing business improvement projects.
