Greatest recent impact has been as a business analyst reporting directly to the President, focusing on the critical numbers that impact growth, productivity, efficiency and ultimately profit. After analyzing these numbers both at the detail and macro level, I made specific recommendations for improvement, whether fine tuning or revamping the approach completely. Consistent reports were then produced against these new targets and I identified trends that supported and challenged the assumptions of the existing business models. These efforts produced a 300 basis point margin saving that directly impacted the company’s profit line and created massive operational savings from my accurate predictions.Over the past 2 years I led the budget creation and review process across two divisions and fifteen departments.
