Intensive Care Nurse Practitioner
Current- Manage complex patients requiring critical and intermediate level of care in collaboration with Intensivists and consultants.
- Perform critical care procedures including central and arterial lines, endotracheal intubations, ventilator management, chest tubes, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and lumbar punctures.
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team to minimize complications and improve outcomes.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and families regarding treatment plan and goals of care.
