Current• Manage complex patients requiring critical and intermediate level of care in collaboration with Intensivists and consultants.• Perform critical care procedures including central and arterial lines, endotracheal intubations, ventilator management, chest tubes, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and lumbar punctures.• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team to minimize complications and improve outcomes.• Maintain effective communication with patients and families regarding treatment plan and goals of care.
